Hays St Bar & Kitchen came to us wanting to create a space for locals and tourists that was welcoming and a consistently great experience. Their goal was to provide everyone with a warm and friendly atmosphere, alongside quality food and beverage offerings. And a full brand and identity was the first step.

For us, the aim was to craft a brand that would evoke feelings of warmth, relaxation, comfort and serenity. A place where people can feel comfortable staying for hours. Owner Daniel Cahill says “Working in hospitality is like throwing a dinner party every night”. This is a phrase that’s been woven into their overall dining experience as well as our approach for the brand.
